Happy Birthday, Lemon!

And what better time than her birthday to give you a sneak peek…
We grabbed Naarah Cuddy (Lemon’s owner) and Lemon for a quick chat at Agility Nexus recently, to chat about how Naarah started in agility, their incredible achievements together, and of course, our new cover girl, Lemon!
Naarah’s start in agility
Naarah has been competing in dog agility since she was 14. She started out with her Nan’s terrier, Maude, and quickly developed a true addiction to agility.
“Maude, wasn’t that impressed by the change of career from lap dog to agility dog!” says Naarah, but they persevered and in 2010 she got her first agility dog, A Border Collie called Sassy.
Life with Lemon
Lemon is truly a special dog—you can see that from her gorgeous photos on our new pouches!
“Lemon came along in 2016, she was a real dream come true. I had found her breeder, and together we planned the litter. When lemon came home she still didn’t have a name decided on but I knew I wanted to call her something beginning with L because she had an L marking on her neck (which has totally disappeared now haha!) and one day my dad called me a lemon so from then on the fruit theme was born.”
Lemon is incredible. She is a true agility champion, having won every major agility final in the UK, including the Kennel Club Stakes final at the London International Horse Show, the Crufts singles final, and the Crufts Championship final.
She has also won 6 international medals with Naarah, including a silver Vice world champion title in 2023 and a bronze medal in 2024, and she’s showing no signs of slowing down yet!
The future for Naarah, Lemon and Agility
Naarah puts a lot of time and effort into finding the right dogs to suit her and her team. She tends to stick to similar lines and pedigrees that she knows are successful, and recently, in 2020, along came Banana.
“I’m sticking to the fruit theme! Banana is a little faster than Lemon and definitely wilder, but that comes with its own fun! She was bred by my best friends and fellow Antinol® Athletes, Dave Munnings and Dan Shaw.”
Banana has already had quite the career! She’s won all 3 major finals here in the UK!
Crufts 2025 was a particularly special year for Naarah and her girls.
“We broke records winning all 4 finals between both girls, the double-double! Lemon won the Large Crufts Singles Final and the Large Championship Final, and Banana won both the intermediate Crufts Singles Final and the intermediate Championship Final.”
And they’re not stopping there, they have a busy schedule ahead for the coming year, and we can’t wait to see what else our gorgeous cover girl gets up to!
“I’m incredibly proud of both my girls and what we have achieved together along the way. I am very lucky to share all of what we do with them.”

This year, Lemon celebrates her 9th birthday — and what a journey it’s been! She’s been part of the Antinol family since 2022, when Naarah first introduced her to the product… and she’s never looked back.
