Delivery
- The goods you order will be delivered to the address you provide when you place your order.
- If delivery cannot be made to your address, VetzPetz Limited will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.
- If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods.
- Every effort will be made to deliver the goods without undue delay, and in any event within 30 days of the date on which the contract is entered into. However, VetzPetz Limited will not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond VetzPetz Limited’s reasonable control. In this case, VetzPetz Limited will inform you as soon as possible.
- Please note that during peak holiday periods (e.g., Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM), Christmas, and Easter) and other sale events, delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes. VetzPetz Limited will make every effort to minimize delays and keep you informed about the status of your delivery.
- Adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events (e.g., heavy snow, flooding, or storms) may also impact delivery times. In such cases, VetzPetz Limited will inform you of any potential delays and work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for the risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to you.
